The difference between shipping and building a business.
Brocco exists. That is the beginning of the question, not the end of the story.

Brocco is an AI-agent product I built around completing work. Building it put a familiar question in front of me: what happens after the product exists?
A launch gives that question a deadline. Once the site is there, the next decisions are about what someone can use it for, how they find their way through it, and whether the result is worth coming back for.
Shipping answers one question.
“Can I build this?” has a fairly visible answer. The questions that follow take observation. Can someone understand the product without an explanation from me? Can they finish the task they came to do? What would make them use it again?
Those are useful questions to put beside a feature list. Another feature only helps when it changes something for the person doing the work.
A shipped project deserves an honest status.
Brocco is currently parked. Its public site is still available, and I keep it in the project list with that status. It remains a concrete piece of work to look at as I think about what makes a product useful.
The same lesson shows up in the brand.
The same questions apply here. Someone might arrive through a trading clip, a photograph, or a software project. Each needs a clear way into the part that interested them.
The free review tool is one answer. You can open it, work through five questions, and download what you wrote. The Trading Reset takes that same idea further with nine exercises and an editable journal. A reader can inspect a lesson before deciding to buy.
Make the next experiment smaller.
A useful experiment starts with a question that can be answered. If the question is whether someone can complete a review, give them the tool and look at where they need help. That gives the next change a reason.
