Course access and purchases live in Whop. Your Discord account is separate.
How do I open my courses?
Sign in to Whop using the account you used to enroll or purchase. Open My First Million Academy and the relevant product. If it is missing, check the email on your receipt.
How do I join the free Discord?
Open the invitation and use your Discord account. Read the rules before participating. A free course enrollment is not proof that a paid Discord role has been provisioned.
Where are my previous purchases?
Open Whop member access. Existing products and purchases remain attached to their original accounts. Contact support through the relevant Whop order for billing or missing purchase access.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In Whop, open your profile, Orders, and the relevant subscription, then choose Cancel. Review the displayed access end date. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.
Who can help with a content or access issue?
Email brock@brockpivec.com or use the relevant Whop order’s support. Describe the problem and the lesson or product. Do not send passwords, account credentials or full broker statements.
